As we stand at the threshold of a new year, I find myself overwhelmed with gratitude and pride as I reflect on the remarkable journey we’ve shared in 2024. This year has been nothing short of extraordinary for European Wellness Biomedical Group, marked by groundbreaking achievements, global recognition, and the unwavering dedication of our incredible team.

Expanding Our Reach

The launch of our 46th treatment centre in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, stands as a testament to our commitment to advancing healthcare in Malaysia. This state-of-the-art facility, spanning 60,000 square feet and offering over 60 specialized treatments, including stem cell therapy and epigenetics-based therapies, represents not just a milestone for our organization, but a beacon of hope for countless individuals seeking cutting-edge medical care.

I was deeply honored by the presence of the Chief Minister, The Honorable Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor at our grand opening, whose support underscores the significance of our mission. This center is more than just a building; it’s a promise to the people of Malaysia and beyond – a promise of health, innovation, and a brighter future.

Global Impact and Recognition

Our impact this year extended far beyond our borders. From the Kaparsck Forum in Poland to Raadfest 2024, and our enlightening speech tour in Ecuador, we’ve had the privilege of sharing our vision and expertise on the global stage. These engagements have not only allowed us to contribute to the global dialogue on regenerative medicine but have also opened doors to exciting new possibilities.

One of the highlights of our international endeavors was the tour to Baoding, China in July 11-13, where I had the honor of representing the German Foreign Trade Association (BWA) as a senator. This visit, as part of a German delegation of stem cell and regenerative medicine experts, was facilitated by the Chinese government and included the signing of our MOU with Baoding, marking a significant step forward in our collaborative efforts in stem cell research for autism and supporting special needs children in China. This partnership will help open new avenues for research and treatment, particularly in the field of autism and regenerative therapies for children with special needs.

Our joint partnership agreement with Jilin, China, marks another significant step in our global expansion, promising new horizons for research, development, and treatment.

Personal Moments of Joy

Amidst the professional triumphs, I was deeply touched by the personal moments that made this year truly special. The heartfelt poem dedicated to me by the celebrated actress Christy Cheung on my birthday was a reminder of the profound connections we forge along this journey. Similarly, the powerful testimonial from Yolanda Hadid served as a humbling affirmation of the impact our work has on individual lives. Yolanda has been a tremendous supporter of our work, and I am proud to share her words: “The world needs you (Professor Mike Chan). (You are) By far the best stem cell doctor (in the world).”
